Data Modelling & Analysis Lab
Data Modelling & Analysis Lab
The Lab possesses infrastructure and software for the modelling, visualisation, and comparative analysis of spatial structures which are molecular binding sites for newly developed medicines, effector molecules, and their mutual interactions. The team also has expertise in high-throughput compound analysis and protein sequencing. The Lab also develops Adamed’s own research algorithms and database software for the collection, analysis, and processing of results obtained through experiments.
The Lab is equipped with state-of-the-art computer equipment comprised of graphic stations supported by high-performance GPUs, multi-processor computing servers, and systems supporting scientific and engineering computing using CUDA technology. The Lab works with leading science software manufacturers and regularly licenses its access to the latest application versions that meet the needs of ongoing research projects. The main task of the In Silico Lab is to support R&D programmes by using bio- and chemo-informatics and molecular modelling.
