Adamed group named a Reliable Employer once again
The mission of the Adamed Group is to respond to the key challenges of modern medicine. This is possible through the development of a friendly and engaging work environment based on values and a shared effort to maintain a level of commitment and energy of all Associates.
The Group ensures the highest standards when it comes to legislation, and health and safety at work. It offers its Associates access to state-of-the-art tools and technologies and the opportunity to collaborate with research centres.
The jury in the Reliable Employer of the Year 2016 competition recognised the systematic activities undertaken by the Adamed Group to expand Associates’ competences and skills. Within the Adamed Group, education and development have always been treated as an investment contributing to the company’s successes.
The Group’s Associates can gain further academic degrees on the basis of their ongoing research into innovative therapies being carried out in the Adamed Group’s own Research and Development Centre. So far this has led to five PhDs and another four are in progress. To this end, the participants can make use of modern equipment and extensive technological facilities, as well as of access to world-class experts and specialists.
Persons interested in further development can also obtain grants for language training, postgraduate studies, and specialist courses. A number of internal interpersonal, product, or competence training courses deserve special attention. Their form, scope, and purpose are created by the Expert Analysis Centre responsible for the development and involvement of Associates within the HR structures.
The training plan offered to employees and the scope of courses are based on analysis of training needs and personnel strategy of the Adamed Group.
The consistently implemented personnel policy has a positive effect on the entire organisation. Currently, the Adamed Group employs 1,600 people, and a large portion of the team has been involved with the Group for many years. For example, in the area of research and development, the average duration of employment is 8 years, and in finance and in business and operational support — 10, 12 and 16 years respectively, while sales managers have been working with the company for as long as 10 years.
