Maciej Adamkiewicz honoured with a medal
Entrepreneurs, politicians, scientists and media representatives from all Poland had an opportunity to listen to speeches given by the President of Poland Bronisław Komorowski, Lech Wałęsa, Aleksander Kwaśniewski, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Janusz Piechociński.
The highlight of the event was an Anniversary Economic Debate, which was attended by Ryszard Florek, Tomasz Misiak, Michał Sołowow, Bartosz Drabikowski and Adam Góral. The participants of the debates were looking for the golden mean for achieving business success in the liberated Poland. At the event, two documents were also signed: the statement on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the transformation and “A Pact for Innovation”. Also, awards were given to Maciej Adamkiewicz, Bożena Lublińska-Kasprzak, President of Polish Agency for Entrepreneurship Development, Adam Góral, President of Asseco Poland, and Ryszard Florek, President of FAKRO.
The Polish Chamber of Commerce is the largest business organisation that associates entrepreneurs from all over Poland and more than 150 business organisations. Since 1990, it has undertaken numerous actions aiming at improving the image of Poland on the global arena, supporting innovativeness as well as increasing competitiveness of Polish enterprises.
