Grzegorz Chełmicki Has Joined the Management Board of Adamed Pharma S.A.

Adamed Pharma’s Supervisory Board has appointed Grzegorz Chełmicki, Chief Financial Officer, to the Adamed Pharma S.A. Management Board.

As Chief Financial Officer, Grzegorz Chełmicki is in charge of the Financial Area, with duties including development and implementation of a financial strategy for the entire organisation. In collaboration with the Management Team and the Supervisory Board, he is engaged in developing and implementing Adamed’s growth strategy for the Polish and foreign markets.

Completed Management Education at London Business School. Graduate of ACCA studies and MBA programme at the Warsaw University of Technology run in cooperation with London Business School, HEC Paris, and the Norwegian School of Economics. Prior to joining Adamed Pharma in April 2023, he served as the CFO for business operations at Polpharma Group, with roles as a member of the company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board. He was responsible for the creation and development of the entire function of finance for business operations at Polpharma. During that time, he also held the positions of Vice-President for Finance at Polfa Lublin, Member of the Supervisory Board of Herbapol Lublin, and the Polpharma Scientific Foundation. In addition, throughout his professional career, he worked as an advisor at Belvedere Group and SenseMedConcept, with responsibility for the implementation of systems and establishment of reporting standards and managerial dashboards.
